The Hegstead form was created by one of my teachers (Dan Hegstead). It is based in the New China form and was put together to help people who were haveing difficulty remembering the entire New China form. I have found the form to be very helpful when working on ward off, roll back, press, and push, which are done four times in this form and on both sides of the body. Enjoy!
